How It Works

Step 1

Is the unit for a SINGLE-FAMILY or MANUFACTURED HOME?

Step 2

WHAT TYPE OF AC UNIT SYSTEM?

A Split System has an outside unit also known as the condenser and the inside unit known as the Handler. Refrigerant lines run through the home known as lineset connect the two units.

Step 3

WHAT TYPE OF HEAT SOURCE?

An Electric Heat Pump System uses refrigerant to both cool and heat the home.

A Gas System burns natural gas for heat inside a furnace. If you receive a monthly gas bill, chances are you have a gas furnace.

Step 4

WHAT SIZE AC UNIT DO YOU NEED FOR YOUR HOME?

Use the square footage estimator below to find out the correct tonnage size required for your AC Unit. Our professional installers will verify the correct size when they come to your home to make sure you get the proper unit.

If you have a home larger than 2,200 square feet, you can use the same square footage estimator based on how much area each unit covers.

Your one stop shop for AC

The first step in the process is choosing your home type. There are two options here. Single-family home or manufactured home. A single-family home is usually a home built on a foundation. A manufactured home is generally resting on a concrete pad or on a trailer. Next, choose a split system, package system, or furnace system. A split system will have a condenser inside and an air handler outside. Packaged systems are contained together and generally sit outside or on the roof. The next question is, what kind of heat source does the home have, Gas or Electric? Once that is determined, the tonnage based on the square footage of the home must be found. Although this may seem complicated, our step-by-step process helps you select the right choice and ultimately provides you with the best choices of air conditioning unit possible. Once your purchase is made, we will contact you to schedule the appointments and installation. All you do is sit back and enjoy your new ac!
